Finding the door. Half a block from the Cedarhurst LIRR station on the north side of Central Avenue. Look for the blue stair rail beside the storefront and take the flight down — the office is the first door on the left.

What to bring down the stairs
Your insurance card and photo ID, any imaging you already have on a disc or in an app, and the name of anything you take regularly. If the visit is for a car accident, bring the claim number and the police report if one was filed.
Wear something you can move in. A first visit runs about forty-five minutes; an adjustment visit is closer to twenty.
